NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING

The Annual Meeting of the Historical Society of Rockland County will be held on Monday, April 20, 2009 at the Museum, 20 Zukor Road, New City, New York at 6:00 p.m. in the Community Room.

The order of business will include a vote on the proposed revision of the By-Laws and reports by the Nominating Committee, the President, the Executive Director and Staff.

The Nominating Committee offers the names of the following for election as Trustees for a three-year term:
  • Lawrence A. Codispoti, Airmont
  • Marianne B. Leese, Suffern
  • Lisa Levin, New City
  • Steven Perell, Tomkins Cove

The Nominating Committee offers the names of the following for election as officers for a one-year term:
  • President - Marianne B. Leese, Suffern
  • 1st Vice President - Elizabeth Barhydt, Grand View
  • 2nd Vice President - Veronica DeMeo Boesch, Airmont
  • Treasurer - Albert Heffes, New City
  • Secretary - Caroline R. Tapley, Piermont
