Admission: $7/Adults; $5/Seniors; $3/HSRC members & children age 3–12; children under 3 are free

"Memories," the HSRC's 37th Annual Holiday Exhibition featuring miniatures, dollhouses, and artworks, was curated by History Center Manager Joanne Potanovic. As part of the curator's celebration, the HSRC was proud to have many other talented contributors to this highly anticipated exhibition, including the following Rockland residents:

  • Artist and illustrator Barbara Soloff-Levy
  • Dollhouse, room box and miniature artist Carolyn McErlean
  • Author and miniature artist Howard Whitehouse
  • Children’s book illustrator Betsy Franco Feeney
  • Photographer George Potanovic, Jr.
  • Watercolorist and quilt artist Mary Jane Sexton
  • Photographer Ned Harris
  • Quilt artist Deborah Calyo
  • Dollhouse collector and miniature crafter Caren Shapiro
  • Dollhouse and room box artist Patricia Petch

The exhibition also featured regional contributors, including:

  • Miniature artist Sandra Mirque
  • Doll artist Lillian Alberti
  • Miniature artist Tamara Greeman
  • Dollhouse and room box artist Hallie Horning
Objects were on display from the HSRC's permanent collection, as well from the personal collections of Caroline Tapley, Marianne Leese, and Richard W. Anderson. And, in keeping with this year’s celebration of memories, we were honored to have pieces created by and from the collection of Honey and Herb Soloway.
